  1. Now this is something interesting!

Well I think the deadline is pretty short, is like 2 weeks or so to prepare, and perhaps too short for publicity period?
I think if make it end of June or early July will be better.

  2. Did consider for a longer contest duration but finally decided a shorter one as this is our first writing contest and thus I am still a little bit clueless on how great the response from the readers.

Most of us don't take more than a week to write an informative, helpful and thought-provoking post, do we?

Also, there are four prizes to be given away so I believe if there are less submissions, participants will stand a higher chance to be the winners. This is good consider the objective of the writing contest is really to reward loyal readers, as simple as that. ;-)

At the beginning, I have 2 topics which I could not decided which to write on so I thought I will write both. But now that I am working on one, I think I wouldn't have enough time to write 2 topics... arrgg...

    Good luck to all.
